**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize and develop innovative designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, brochures, signage, flyers and other promotional materials.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and create compelling visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity.

3. Design and maintain consistent, visually appealing social media graphics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

4. Create engaging and interactive designs for website banners, landing pages, and other web-related content.

5. Utilize tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator and After Effects for video editing, ensuring high-quality output.

6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and social media marketing.

7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure our design output stands out from the competition.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all design requirements are met within established timelines.

**Qualification and skills**:
**1. **Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a similar role.

**2. **Demonstrable portfolio showcasing highly creative and unique design work.

**3. **Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects.

**4. **Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition principles.

**5. **Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.

**6. **Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**7. **Experience in social media graphic design, specifically creating engaging content for various platforms.

**8. **Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.

**9. **Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about tourism and possesses the ability to create visually captivating designs that resonate with our target audience. Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Relevant Field)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- Total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,099.55 - ₹35,623.95 per month
