**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Generate revenue by structured counseling sessions to prospects and convert them to paid enrolment and Advise students/parents about their learning needs through effective online demos.
- Tapping the overseas market by approaching the student who wants to appear in JEE, SAT, NEET, and IB (International Baccalaureate).
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Answer customers' questions about the Services.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Regular follow-up with new and existing customers.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Requirements-**
- Proven work experience as a Tele Sales representative with a minimum of 3 years in Ed Tech company.
- Pleasant personality and Fluent in spoken English language.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent convincing skills.
- A target-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with working night Shifts or rotational shifts.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 63, Noida - 201307, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
