Job Title: Home Interiors Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct in-depth product knowledge sessions to effectively communicate the features and benefits of home interior products.

Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels, including networking events, social media, and referrals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive offerings.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship building.

Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely information.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home interiors or related industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Knowledge of home interior trends, materials, and design concepts.

Ability to adapt to a commission-based compensation structure.

Availability to attend occasional evening or weekend events.

Note: This is a commission-based position with the potential for high earnings based on individual performance.
