To support market development activities to drive the expansion of the business and heading the sales for PAN India for Motor Division. This will include coverage of the mapped region to create awareness of assigned products, evaluating new segments and geographies for new business and network development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales/trading of Motors/Pump sets/Gearboxs/other special customized B2B items.
- Responsible for providing solutions to end users by understanding their requirements and consulting them.
- Consulting customer on technical selections of the pumps with customized solutions and synchronizations with supportive elements and products required.
- Track all the enquiries for related products and provide solutions with in a given products and service.
- Generating enquiries by mapping a market and particular segments by running surveys and assessing the needs of the end users.
- To boost sales Surveys, cold calling is the primary responsibility to achieve sales targets and growth revenues.
**Requirements**:
- Experience of 4 to 15 years in Motors Sales or any relevant B2B product sales
- Pref - Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
- Versatile personality with good communication, time-management, and customer handling skills as the job
- Strong Negotiation & Analytical Skills
- Excellent at interpersonal skills with honesty and integrity towards organization.
**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
