**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Consultations**:
- Provide expert advice to customers on travel destinations, packages, accommodations, tours, and activities.
- Understand customer preferences and budget to recommend personalized travel solutions.
- Assist clients in selecting and booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
- Upsell additional products and services, such as travel insurance, upgrades, and excursions.
- **Customer Service**:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses to queries and concerns.
- Assist clients in resolving any travel-related issues, such as cancellations, delays, or booking errors.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their travel experiences.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Process bookings, payments, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure that all travel bookings comply with legal requirements and company standards.
- **Market Research & Networking**:
- Stay up to date on the latest travel trends, destination highlights, and promotions.
- Build relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals for clients.
- Attend travel industry events and conferences to enhance product knowledge and network with industry professionals.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share knowledge and insights with team members to improve sales strategies and customer experiences.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Previous experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and other travel services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems, CRM software, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market trends.
**Education**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in travel, tourism, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Travel-related certifications (e.g., Certified Travel Associate, IATA certification) are an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
