Broad outline of the Role
The Associate Product Manager is a position within Tata Communications, based in the CNGCS-Transport and Network Engineering India team and reporting to the Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager. This role leads a small and mighty team of tight-knit communication professionals who are responsible for protecting, building and enhancing Tata Communications corporate reputation globally.

**You will be based in Mumbai and would be responsible for**:
Budget planning for Capex (AOP), Outlook and approvals

Business analysis of new technologies

Digital transformation journey enablement

Drive special projects for the sustainable growth including cost optimization & pricing

Introduction of new platforms/technologies in the organizational portfolio

Purpose - Broad objective of the role

**Key Responsibilities**:
Direct feedback of business commitment into the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

Drive Cost Optimization and other Engg related key projects to enable organizational overall benefit for gaining financial fitness

Techno-commercial decisions on customer deals, responsible for cross-functional co-ordination from pre-sales upto business realization

Continuously track and analyze market dynamics, competition, pricing and technology developments; Feedback experience from market experience into business planning and strategy

Analyze customer-success based business cases and opportunities for investments

Work with key stakeholders across the organization to identify areas of improvement in order to cash-in and initiate Sales process improvements for faster turnaround time, in the interest of customer stickiness and profitable business growth; Institutionalize processes for effective analysis of opportunities and bidding of deals

Support rollout effective GTM plans, sales Initiatives to support leadership in Network Services Product category

To maintain documentation of Access product including price books, SLA, Service documents etc.
