**Job Title**: Male Garment Production Assistant (Intern) - Ladies Design Studio

**Location**: Bandra West, Mumbai

**Stipend**: ₹8,000 per month (with potential for confirmation based on performance)

**Timing**: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

We are seeking a **Male Garment Production Assistant (Intern)** to join our dynamic team at a ladies’ design studio in Bandra West. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers from fashion institutes to gain hands-on experience in garment production and fashion design processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the production process from design to final garment creation.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth workflow in the studio.
- Help with sourcing fabrics, trims, and other materials as required.
- Manage inventory and stock of materials in the production area.
- Oversee quality control to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Assist in coordinating with tailors, pattern makers, and other production staff.
- Support in managing timelines and ensuring timely delivery of garments.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the production manager or design team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in garment production and the fashion industry.
- Good understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
