**The Garment Merchandiser is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the production of garments, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. This role involves communication with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to manage the entire production process.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with designers to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet design and quality standards.
- Identify and establish relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms of contracts.
- Place orders and monitor production to ensure timelines are met.
- Oversee sample development and approval processes.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure adherence to standards.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies during production.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available for production.
- Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Stay updated on market trends and consumer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations for new product developments and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare reports on production status, inventory levels, and cost analysis for management review.

Working Days | **Monday to Saturday: 09:30am - 06:30 pm**
