The Field Worker will be responsible for assisting in the transportation of materials from the factory or warehouse to the working site. This role involves loading and unloading materials, managing inventory, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of items, and maintaining communication with site supervisors and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Material Handling**:Load materials onto trucks or delivery vehicles in a safe and organized manner. Unload materials at the worksite and ensure they are placed in the correct locations. Ensure that the materials are packed properly to avoid damage during transport.
- **Transport Coordination**: Work closely with the logistics team to schedule shipments and ensure materials are delivered on time. Verify that the right quantities and types of materials are shipped to the site as per the project requirements. Communicate with site supervisors to confirm delivery times and specific site needs.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in tracking materials, including maintaining an inventory of materials being shipped and received. Cross-check shipment contents against shipping orders or packing lists. Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies in the shipment to the supervisor.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect materials for quality and damage before loading and unloading. Ensure that materials meet the specifications needed for the project and are suitable for use.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Follow all safety procedures when handling materials and operating equipment. Ensure compliance with regulations related to transportation, safety, and equipment handling. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at both the factory and job site.
- **Equipment Operation** (Optional): Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment to load and unload materials. Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
