- SME Google Workspace**A purpose driven role for you**- SMTP Relay Configuration and troubleshooting, MDM, Default Routing, Compliance, Google vault etc.
- Roles and Privileges, Groups, OUs, User Management and Backup through vault.
- Managing Vault users for data backups & data restoration.
- Rename users and change passwords, Create and assign administrator roles.
- Manage other super and delegated admins, including changing passwords.
- Transfer ownership of files during the user deletion process.
- Grant domain-wide delegation/manage API client access.
- Set up Google as a SAML identity provider and add/modify SAML apps.

- Resource optimisation in Licenses cost and close monitoring99% Services availability95% CSAT5% Reduction on Call Volume - Half Yearly- Access right management, Log Review, Super admin control and regular audit for Non used and other critical account- Maintaining 100 % Compliance to the Policies- Document for ISO 27001 Audit, Key member of External Audit Team-
**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor in IT or Equivalent- 8-10 Year**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- ITIL process, Google Work Space admin task,
- Analysis of Phishing, malware and spam
