**Quality Control Incharge Duties and Responsibilities**

Quality Control Incharge are responsible for ensuring that products meet set standards of quality and reliability.

They achieve this by developing and implementing quality control systems, inspecting and testing materials, goods, and products, and identifying and resolving production and manufacturing problems.

Quality Control Incharge have the following duties and responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control systems and measures
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Coordinate and manage staff members in the quality control department
- Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors
- Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures
- Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends
- Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends to stay abreast of issues in the field of quality control
- Identify and implement training needs for the production team to meet quality standards
- Resolve production and manufacturing problems to minimize cost and delay

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
