**Patient Care & Clinical Duties**
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions regularly.
- Perform routine medical examinations and take patient histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, ECGs, etc.).
- Provide emergency care and initial management for critically ill patients.
- Assist in medical procedures and minor surgeries.
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as per hospital protocols.

**2. Coordination with Medical Teams**
- Collaborate with consultants, specialists, and nursing staff for patient management.
- Communicate patient progress and updates to senior doctors.
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical discussions.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records and treatment plans.

**3. Emergency & Critical Care Management**
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, strokes, or trauma cases.
- Stabilize patients before specialist intervention.
- Provide basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) as required.

**4. Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate medical records, including case notes and discharge summaries.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical protocols.
- Follow legal and ethical guidelines in patient care.

**5. Supervision & Training**
- Guide and mentor junior doctors, interns, and medical students.
- Participate in medical research, case discussions, and training sessions.

**6. Communication & Patient Interaction**
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment options.
- Address patient concerns and ensure compassionate care.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions.

**Additional Responsibilities (Depending on Hospital/Setting)**
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks in healthcare units.
- Participate in quality improvement programs and audits.
- Support hospital infection control and safety measures.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
