**- Promote and sell orthopedic implants and surgical/disposable items to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.**
**- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.**
**- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.**
**- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.**
**- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product specifications, industry trends, and competitive landscape.**
**- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.**
**- Ensure accurate and timely communication of product information to customers.**
**- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.**
**- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.**
**- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales plans and strategies.**
**- **Compliance and Ethics**:

- Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.**
**- Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory guidelines.**

**#### **Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.**
**- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in orthopedic implants or surgical/disposable items.**
**- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**
**- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
**- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.**
**- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.**
**- Valid driver's license and willingness.**
