As a Content Writer/Proofreader, you will play a key role in the creation and refinement of a wide variety of written content, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, marketing materials, and website copy. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all materials are not only grammatically accurate but also clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand’s tone and style guidelines. Your attention to detail and ability to adapt to different writing styles will be essential in producing high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**:

- Create Engaging Content: Write clear, well-researched content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
- Develop Content Strategies: Contribute to strategies that align with marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Generate Ideas: Propose creative content ideas to support marketing initiatives.
- Conduct Research: Research industry topics to create authoritative and informative content.

**2. Proofreading & Editing**:

- Edit for Perfection: Review and refine content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and overall style consistency.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to writers and content creators to elevate content quality and impact.

**3. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with SEO and Social Media department to ensure content aligns with overall strategy and objectives.
- Contribute to Strategy: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning discussions to shape effective strategies.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining top-quality standards.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Final Content Review: Conduct thorough checks to ensure accuracy, coherence, and readiness for publication.
- Ensure Accuracy: Identify and correct inconsistencies or factual errors to maintain high-quality content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer, proofreader, or similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with multiple industry content or knowledge of brand voice.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and their content requirements.
- Experience with content writing tools and SEO.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sohna Road, Gurgaon: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Content Writing: 2 years (preferred)
