**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to primary school students.
- Teach grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, and spoken English skills using age-appropriate methods.
- Develop lesson plans in accordance with curriculum standards CBSE.
- Conduct assessments, grade students' work, and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, student progress tracking, and school events.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school development programs.
- Encourage reading habits through storytelling sessions, reading corners, and creative writing exercises.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Creative, child-friendly teaching methods
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and passion for teaching
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching (smart boards, digital content, etc.)

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Graduation in English or any relevant discipline (BA/B.Sc)
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. (Mandatory as per NEP/CBSE norms)
- CTET/State TET Qualified (preferred)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (₹15,000 - ₹15,000/month)
