**Job Title**: Master Trainer - AI Coding & EdTech, Industry 4.0, Skill Upgradation

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Create training programs on Industry 4.0 topics like IoT, AI, robotics, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital manufacturing.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging training sessions for corporate clients, industry professionals, and academic institutions, both in-person and online.
- **Needs Assessment**: Identify the training needs of different audiences and customize programs to meet specific goals.
- **Content Creation**: Develop instructional materials like presentations, manuals, handouts, and multimedia resources.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**: Assess participant learning and gather feedback to improve training content and methods.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on Industry 4.0 trends and update training materials and methods accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams, experts, and industry partners to keep training programs current and relevant.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand and meet their training needs.
- **Thought Leadership**: Act as an expert in Industry 4.0, participating in conferences, seminars, and contributing to publications and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, especially for high school teachers and students.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for training delivery and client engagements.

**Additional Information**:

- Contractual position based in J & K State, with occasional travel to district blocks.
- Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
- Report to the cluster head and work closely with the training and development team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
