- Logistics Management: Coordinate logístical aspects of programs, including venue selection, transportation, equipment, catering, and other essential resources.
- Event Execution: Oversee the execution of indoor and outdoor programs, ensuring that activities run smoothly, timelines are adhered to, and participants' needs are met.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with program staff, volunteers, and vendors to assign tasks, provide instructions, and manage day-to-day operations.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, including participants, sponsors, and partners. Provide clear information and updates regarding program details.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges and issues that may arise during program implementation, making quick decisions to ensure the successful continuation of activities.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed during both indoor and outdoor programs to guarantee the well-being of participants.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of program details, participant information, and feedback. Generate reports summarizing program outcomes and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Participant Engagement: Create engaging experiences for participants by coordinating interactive activities, workshops, and entertainment.
- Budget Management: Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and ensure that costs are within allocated limits.
- Evaluation: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders after each program to assess its effectiveness and gather insights for future improvements.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program management to enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple aspects of programs simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
- Leadership skills to manage teams and ensure collaboration.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Creative mindset to design engaging and memorable program activities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and evenings, as required by the programs.
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Physical fitness and stamina to manage outdoor activities.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
