**SKN Hospitality and FoodWorks** is hiring for a dynamic and passionate _**Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Professional**_ for **RETAIL BUSINESS**with following details:
The Brand is _**MASALA BABU.**_

Designation **:Area Sales Executive**
Location **:Baddi/Barotiwala/Nalagarh/Pinjore** **(Approx 15 to 20 Km Near By)**

Experience **:6 Months Plus**
Budget : 1.2 Lac Annually to 2.40 Lac Annually Plus fuel Reimbursement (_**Two Wheeler)**_,_ Corporate Sim with Data and Incentives.

Industry **:Spices/FMCG/Food and Beverage/Snacks/Edible Oil/Cookies.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
(1) Responsible for building up **RETAIL COVERAGE** and maintaining excellent relationships with _**RETAILERS**_and ensuring _**SPICE SALES**_ from them and following _**DELIVERY SCHEDULE**_of the respective orders.

(2) He shall identify **NEW RETAILERS**as in to increase **market penetration ,visibility and roll out of trade schemes and other promotional campaigns.**

(3) Responsible for _**ORDER GENERATION, TIMELY AND SAFE DELIVERY**_and achieving _**SALES TARGETS**_from **RETAIL**_**MARKET**_**/*_**NETWORK/OUTLET ONLY.*_

(4) Shall be achieving sales targets from the assigned area
- **Baddi (Approx 20 to 25 Km Surroundings )**

(5) Responsible for **sales cycle like identifying the prospects/leads, following up with them ,meeting them, understanding need/generating need, order generation, payment follow up and post sales relationship.**

(6) Shall report the market trends and feedback to management regularly.

**Desirables**:

- Excellent **geographical knowledge of Baddi and surrounding areas**:

- Good communication **(English and Hindi )**, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- practice excellent grooming standards and business etiquette.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
