Job Title: Production Supervisor - Packaging Industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the production process to ensure that all production targets are met.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
- Schedule production activities to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures wherever possible.
- Manage and train production staff, providing feedback and support to ensure that all staff members perform at their best.
- Maintain accurate production records, including production quantities, quality control measures, and inventory levels.
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced.
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement changes where necessary.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Location - Palsana Surat

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
