**Position: Two-Wheeler Aftermarket Sales Specialist**

**Location: Bhopal/ Jabalpur**

**Industry: Automotive/Two-Wheeler Aftermarket**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive aftermarket product sales for two-wheelers.
- Identify and target potential customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers in the two-wheeler market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' offerings, using insights to refine sales strategies.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients and dealers.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and customer value.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the network.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product updates, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and product development, to enhance the customer experience and product offerings.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler aftermarket industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹12,148.71 - ₹15,000.00 per month
