**Responsibilities**:

- Provide patient care under the supervision of doctors and senior nursing staff.
- Assist in daily activities such as bathing, feeding, administering medication, and patient hygiene.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Support doctors during rounds, treatments, and procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of patient areas and medical equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient services.
- Offer emotional support to patients and families.

**Qualifications**:

- ANM / GNM Diploma or relevant certification in Patient Care.
- Maharashtra Nursing Council Registration preferred (for ANM/GNM).
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care techniques.
- Good communication skills and a compassionate attitude.

**Shift**: Rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night)
**Salary**: As per industry standards and experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
