The Residential Lady Warden will be responsible for ensuring the safety, discipline, and well-being of female cadets/residents at the maritime training institute. With a medical or nursing background, she will also provide basic medical care and respond to health-related emergencies within the hostel premises. By providing guidance, support, and effective management of residential operations, the Lady Warden will contribute significantly to creating a conducive environment for learning and personal growth.

**1. Residential Supervision**:
The Lady Warden is primarily responsible for overseeing the residential facilities where female trainees live. This includes ensuring that the accommodations are safe, secure, and comfortable. The duties under this responsibility typically involve:
Monitoring Housing Conditions: Regularly inspecting hostel rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to institute policies.
- Facilities Management: Coordinating maintenance activities and repairs as needed to upkeep the residential infrastructure.
- Safety and Security: Implementing security measures to protect residents and their belongings, such as managing access control and ensuring emergency procedures are in place.

**2. Trainees Support**:
The Lady Warden serves as a mentor and guide for female trainees, providing both academic and personal support. This role includes:
Academic Guidance: Helping trainees with study schedules, exam preparation, and connecting them with academic resources or tutoring services.
