**Job Position: Accounts Executive**

**Job Location**:Sector-11, Rohini, New Delhi

**Type**:Full Time (work from the office)

We urgently require an energetic accounts executive to take care of accounting entries, GST return, TDS return, reconciliation of GST with books etc of our company and **join our team immediately. **Residents of near by location of Rohini will be preferred

1. Accounting entries with monthly adjustment entries.

2. Bank Reconciliation

3. All Banking Transactions, Cheque issued to vendors, and import payment

4. Creditors Reconciliation.

5. Reconciliation of GST

6. Filing of GST returns on a monthly basis (GSTR 3B, GSTR 1)

7. Checking of GSTR 2A/2B on a monthly basis to claim the eligible ITC and

follow up with the vendor to claim ITC

8. Knowledge of TDS applicability and deduction as per the nature of transactions.

9. Filing of TDS Quarterly return.

10. Filing of Form 26QB and payment of TDS

11. Preparation of Proforma Invoice, Invoice and Eway bill

12. Knowledge of Accounts Payable

**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Excellent Knowledge of Busy Software & Compupay Software.

**Experience: 2-3 **years of experience in a similar field.

**Other skills desired** - Strong communication (both verbal and written), strong interpersonal skills, and considerable knowledge of MS Office and GSuite.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
