Job Summary:
A Front Office Executive's primary responsibility is to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all. They handle various administrative tasks,
including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing the reception area.
Job profile
- a. Greeting Visitors: Providing a welcoming and professional first impression to visitors.
b. Answering Calls: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
c. Managing the Reception Area: Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
d. Administrative Tasks: Scheduling appointments, managing mail, and updating records.
e. Customer Service: Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
f. Office Management: Monitoring office supplies, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining the appearance of the office.
g. Communication: Serving as a liaison between visitors, staff, and other departments.
**Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09.30am to 06.30m (All Saturday half Day)**
