Social Studies Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum standards and state or national guidelines for social studies education.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate students’ progress through observations, assignments, tests, and exams. Provide regular feedback and academic support to students.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and enforce rules for behavior to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- **Differentiated Instruction**: Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the needs of all students, including differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss their child’s progress, address concerns, and build positive relationships.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and advancements in social studies education.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and administration to improve student outcomes and school programs.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Support and participate in school events, clubs, and extracurricular activities related to social studies.
- **Resource Development**: Develop and integrate supplemental instructional materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, History, Geography, Political Science, Education, or a related field. A teaching credential or certification in secondary education is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [Insert Number] years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level is preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of social studies concepts, pedagogical theories, and instructional strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
