Responsibilities:

- **Teaching**: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging social science lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines. Subjects may include history, geography, political science, and economics.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and update instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments. Incorporate various teaching methods to address different learning styles.
- **Classroom Management**: Create and maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment. Manage classroom behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, exams, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
- **Student Engagement**: Encourage and motivate students to participate actively in classroom discussions and extracurricular activities. Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and any concerns. Participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in professional development programs and stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.
- **School Activities**: Contribute to the organization and execution of school events, activities, and field trips.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Social Science or a related field from an accredited institution. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience at the middle or high school level is preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in classroom management and instructional strategies. Ability to engage and inspire students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Koregaon, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
