**Job Summary**:
As an Event and Catering Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events and catering services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide creative solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of events, from small corporate meetings to large-scale weddings and conferences. Your attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and customer service orientation will be key to the success of our events and catering department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing excellent customer service.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met throughout the event planning process.
**Event Planning**:Collaborate with clients to create customized event plans, including menus, themes, and logistics.
Assist in the selection of appropriate venues, decor, and entertainment options.
Develop detailed event timelines, seating arrangements, and production schedules.
**Catering Services**:Coordinate with culinary and kitchen staff to plan and customize menus according to client preferences.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of catering services during events.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
**Logistics and Operations**:Oversee event logistics, including setup, decor, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.
Manage on-site event coordination to ensure smooth execution and resolve any issues as they arise.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary items and services.

**Budget Management**:Assist in preparing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and providing cost-effective solutions to clients.
Monitor financial aspects of catering services, including pricing, cost control, and profitability.
**Marketing and Sales Support**:Participate in marketing efforts to promote catering services and attract new clients.
Support the sales team in generating leads and converting prospects into clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning and catering services is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and culinary options.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
- Reliable transportation for on-site event coordination.
- Knowledge of local venues, suppliers, and resources is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
