**Job Description**:
As a Patient Physician Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and coordination between patients and physicians across various medical specialties. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and medical staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for patients with the relevant specialists based on their medical needs.
- Coordinate with physicians and medical staff to ensure efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate communication between patients and medical professionals.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and procedures.
- Assist in the coordination of diagnostic tests and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare coordination or administration preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards patients.
