Supply Chain Officer in a valves manufacturing company:
1. **Procurement**: Overseeing the procurement process for raw materials, components, and equipment necessary for valve production, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

2. **Inventory Management**: Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and avoid stockouts, while also ensuring compliance with quality standards.

3. **Supplier Management**: Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the supply chain.

4. **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient movement of materials and finished products, minimizing lead times and costs.

5. **Demand Forecasting**: Collaborating with sales and production teams to forecast demand for valves, using historical data, market trends, and customer insights to anticipate future needs.

6. **Production Planning**: Collaborating with production managers to develop production schedules and plans that align with demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.

7. **Quality Assurance**: Implementing quality control measures throughout the supply chain to ensure that materials, components, and finished products meet required standards and specifications.

8. **Risk Management**: Identifying potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain, such as supplier issues, transportation delays, or geopolitical factors, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.

9. **Cost Optimization**: Continuously seeking opportunities to optimize costs throughout the supply chain, whether through negotiating better terms with suppliers, improving efficiency in logistics, or streamlining processes.

10. **Continuous Improvement**: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance and implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
