**JD- Draughtsman**

**Draftsman Responsibilities**:

- Create general arrangement based on the base architectural drawings
- Follow all the cad guidelines for layer, pen thickness etc.
- Do the proper detailing as per the codal provision and company standards.
- Performing proper presentation guidelines for the delivery of the drawings.
- Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final drawings have been checked and all the checking process is sign off.
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

**Draftsman Requirements**:

- Bachelor/ Diploma in civil engineering.
- Degree from a technical college also acceptable.
- Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CAD).
- Ability to draw manually favourably, but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Detailing to perfection.
