**Job Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement Owleto's digital marketing strategy and plans to meet business goals
- Manage Owleto's online presence across major platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create and publish high-quality, engaging content for Owleto's website and social media channels
- Optimize Owleto's website for search engines through on-page and off-page SEO techniques
- Manage Owleto's paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date with latest digital marketing trends and tools
- Work with other teams like product, design, and customer support to align marketing efforts
- Manage the budget for Owleto's digital marketing activities
- Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations to leadership

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Expert knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content marketing
- Experience with major marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Strong creative skills and ability to produce engaging content
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong data analysis skills
