We are searching for an highly creative digital marketing executive who can executes all aspects of a company’s online marketing strategy, including market research and targeting, social media outreach, search engine optimization, newsletters and direct campaigns, lead generation, brand building, and conversion. you will be working closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.

**Roles and Responsibility: -**
- Develop an overall digital marketing strategy and see through campaign implementation
- Manage social media marketing campaigns
- Manage SEO campaigns
- Work together with Web Designers to maximize user experience.
- Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met.
- Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge
- Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI
- Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancements in digital technologies and marketing best practices and share insights with the rest of the team
- Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans

**Skills and Requirements: -**
- You will be having min of 2yr experience as a marketing leader with excellent digital marketing skills and expertise around lead generation in digital and direct channels
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Inbound digital agency experience desirable
- Working experience of ad aiding tools like DART, Atlas, etc.
- Knowhow of web analytics tools.
- A critical thinker.
- Excellent skills and experience in lead generation/demand generation marketing via direct and online channels
- Strong digital marketing, CRM and lead management skills
- Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams
- Strong digital marketing skills including website, campaigns, search and social
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kozhikode - 673001, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
