**About Company**
**Roles and Responsibility**
Oracle SCM Functional
EXP - 8+ year
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues for Oracle project modules, the knowledge of project billing, project cost is required, and AR/GL related finance knowledge can be a plus.
- Should be able to work on Integration areas like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and other modules where Projects is being integrated.
- Should have worked on support projects and adhere to SLA and should be able to Test end to end flows in Project Costing.
- Knowledge of integration with DFSD etc.
- Knowledge of BI reports.
- Coordinated and lead regression/outage testing.
- Managed daily activities against documented prioritized resolution matrix and identified areas of risk which may impact delivery/resolution and require escalation or input by an additional cross functional support group.
- Co-led the investigation and resolution of numbers Oracle related issues steaming from audit finding.
- Responsible for bringing documented procedures and internal controls for system.
- Knowledge on service modules like Oracle Install Base module and IB flow will be an added advantage.
