Social Media Executive

Design Fundas, a leading design and branding agency, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing our client's social media marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various social media platforms.

Create, curate, and publish compelling and high-quality content on social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, performance marketing, and online advertising platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop visually appealing and engaging social media assets, including images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content.

Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, bidding, and performance tracking.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research to inform social media strategies and content development.

Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and actively participate in relevant social media conversations to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and cross-promotions to expand the brand's reach and increase audience engagement.

Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management across various platforms, ensuring positive brand sentiment and addressing customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Buffer, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.

Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other online advertising platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for social media.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, with the ability to create and edit compelling graphics and videos using relevant software and tools.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple social media campaigns simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
