**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**:

- Create and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Manage inventory updates and ensure stock availability across platforms.
- **Sales Analysis and Strategy**:

- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales trends, competition, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Respond to customer queries and reviews to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Handle customer complaints and returns in coordination with the customer service team.
- **Operations Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage returns, refunds, and related processes efficiently.
- **Compliance and Policy Adherence**:

- Ensure adherence to Amazon and Flipkart policies, including listing guidelines and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with platform changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- **Performance Optimization**:

- Optimize pricing and promotional strategies to remain competitive.
- Use data-driven insights to enhance product visibility and drive conversions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with tools like Helium10
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Familiarity with additional e-commerce platforms is a plus.
