**Job Profile: Application Support L2**
Preferred Location: Mumbai
**Required Experienced: 2+ Years or Above**:

- Working at level 2 giving expert support and information to the queries raised by the end user.
- To understand the business process and provide consultation services.
- Provide Business analyst perspective to the recurring incidents and help in RCA of the problems.
- Driving timely resolution of customer issues within the expected SLA.
- Preparing and maintaining KEDB for all the known issues.
- Coordination with Product team / Development team for the next level support, bug-fixes and deliveries.
- Drive and manage the 1st level support team for the issue resolution.

**Primary Skills**
- Strong working knowledge of **Linux operating systems**.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of RHEL, SUSE & UBUNTU operating systems.
- Sound Knowledge about FDISK & LVM.
- Hands on experience on VI editor & Cron JOB scheduler.
- Should be efficient in shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Linux User administration & File management
- Strong Working Knowledge of **database** (**MS SQL**).
- Working knowledge of **IP networking**:

- Retail / Warehouse Management domain background would be highly preferred
- Knowledge related to Application architecture and various tiers.
- Knowledge on Windows Server and desktops environment.
- Knowledge of production support, client interaction and issue resolution.
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good communications skills - Ability to articulate clearly in English.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Good Analytical, Problem Solving Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
- Knowledge of project management and transition.

**Secondary Skills**
- RHCE Certification is preferred

- Putty, PIM Tool, SQL Server, Ticketing Tool, Winscp, IIS Severs**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹169,575.80 - ₹411,821.74 per year
