**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:
- Collaborate with teachers to design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets educational standards and caters to the diverse needs of students.
- Evaluate and revise curriculum materials regularly to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- **Teacher Support and Development**:
- Provide mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities for primary teachers.
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to promote best practices in teaching and learning.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:
- Oversee the assessment processes for primary students, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
- Analyze student performance data to identify trends, areas for growth, and necessary interventions.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:
- Foster open communication with parents, staff, and the wider school community to enhance student engagement and support.
- Liaise with special education staff and other specialists to meet the needs of all students.
- **School Culture and Positive Learning Environment**:
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school culture that encourages student participation and motivation.
- Implement programs and initiatives that promote social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among students.
- **Leadership and Vision**:
- Contribute to the development of the school’s strategic vision for primary education, aligning with overall school goals.
- Actively participate in school leadership meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- **Administration and Compliance**:
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting for primary education programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to education.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Proven experience in primary education, with a minimum of [X years] in a leadership or coordination role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment practices, and differentiated instruction strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
