**Job Responsibility**:

- Attend at least 2-3 early morning meetings (Physically)
- Manage multiple Entrepreneurs.
- Arrange and attend fortnightly online regional meetings.
- Arrange and attend fortnightly online PAN India meetings.
- Act as the point of contact among multiple MDs
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize for constructive seminars for Kolkata Entrepreneurs
- Take minutes during meetings

**Key Skills**:

- Graduate required
- Should be soft-spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English/Hindi/Bengali).
- Should have good leadership skills
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to take independent decisions in high-pressure situations

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 year of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role (required)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
