**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architecture Design**: Develop high-level solution architectures, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements and technical capabilities.
- **Java Expertise**: Utilize your deep knowledge of Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.) to design and implement robust and efficient systems.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- **Leadership & Mentorship**: Lead cross-functional teams, guiding them in the implementation of technical solutions. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
- **Technical Documentation**: Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including design diagrams, deployment models, and technical specifications.
- **Performance Optimization**: Continuously evaluate and optimize systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar role with a focus on Java-based technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and tools (Spring, Hibernate, JEE, etc.).
- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

**Preferred Experience**:

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory requirements.
