**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø **Accounting entry for Purchase and Expenses in Tally**

Ø **Bank Reconciliation**

Ø **Reconciliation − Accounts receivable ledger**

Ø **Creditors Outstanding Statements**

Ø **Knowledge of TDS & GST**

Ø **Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and specifications.**

Ø **Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and establish strong vendor relationships.**

Ø **Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.**

Ø **Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as necessary to prevent shortages.**

Ø **Conduct regular market research to stay informed about trends, pricing, and new suppliers.**

Ø **Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and inventory levels using procurement software.**

Ø **Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.**

Ø **Collaborate with accounting to resolve discrepancies in invoicing and ensure timely payment to suppliers.**

Ø **Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.**

Ø **Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.**

**Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree - Commerce

Ø Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.

Ø Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ø Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 Years in accounting field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
