Scope Of Work*- Primary- Coordinating with Various team members of the Projects to receive inputs related to sales, revenues and cost reports.
- Facilitate generation of invoices for minor projects.
- Perform Budget vs Actual comparison.
- Monitoring and Control of Cost Commitment towards vendor and subcontractors
- Tracking the cash flows on monthly basis.
- Analyse the payment terms and prepare cash flows for projects
- Facilitate preparation of Budget for capability.
- Good Communication and Presentation skills.
- Well versed in Excel, WinWord and PPT.
- You shall support the supervisor for management reports and analytics.
- Collate and release MIS.
- Monitoring Working Capital requirement for the project and minimise same by timely invoicing.
- Ensuring the internal Sales (LoA) process in collaboration with the relevant interface partners and carry it out.
- Conducting commercial contract negotiations.
- Working independently on all financial and commercial topics.- Shared Across Functionally- To provide support to F&A in Forex / Commodity hedging requirements
- To provide support to EA's of Onshore Head for MIS and financial analysis
