**Job Title**: Application UI Designer

Job Location : Thane

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
- Present and justify design decisions and concepts to stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development (Flutter, Dart ) is a plus.
