Guest Relation executive Responsibilities
- Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.
- Attend to distinguished visitors (such as VIPs) and respond to their questions.
- Assist with the preparation of welcome folders with material (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
- Promote services and provide information about amenities, the neighbourhood, and venues.
- Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address customer complaints and, if necessary, escalate to the Guest Relations Manager. Log information in the logbook on a daily basis.
- Assure that health and quality standards are met.

Guest Relation executive Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or another related discipline is required.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Guest Relations executiver, Hotel Manager, or other related position.
- A professional certification in hotel management may be preferred.
- Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
