Soul Bol is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Guest Happiness Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this crucial role, you will be the voice and face of Soul Bol, ensuring our guests feel valued, supported, and ultimately, happy. This is a priority hire, and we're looking for someone ready to make an immediate impact.

**What You'll Do**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for our guests via call and chat, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with enthusiasm and efficiency.
- Proactively engage with guests to build rapport, foster loyalty, and anticipate potential needs.
- Guide guests through our offerings, providing clear and concise information and highlighting the value we provide.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues and find timely and satisfactory solutions, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback to identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

**What You'll Bring**:

- A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive experiences.
- Proven experience (ideally 1+ years) in a customer-facing role within a service-based industry such as sales for Byju's, Insurance, Fitness, or Hospitality, specifically in call or chat support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and engaging phone and online presence.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort and proficiency with using CRM systems and communication tools.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Knowledge of Rajasthani dialects would be an advantage.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and information.

Pay: ₹9,117.93 - ₹15,000.00 per month
