**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Location**:

- **Current Office**: Dalhousie
- **New Office Location (from mid-May2025)**: Near College More, Sector-5, Saltlake

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage **factory accounts** on a day-to-day basis.
- Prepare **Journal Entries** accurately and timely.
- Assist in the **preparation of GRN** (Goods Receipt Note).
- Handle **Purchase Advice** and process transactions related to purchases.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all accounting transactions.
- Manage daily accounting activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensuring matching of invoices with debit/credit notes, Purchase order, Goods Receipts Notes.
- Inventory management and other stock reconciliation by considering physical stocks.
- Preparing MIS reports like sales report, AR Aging Analysis, Payment due report etc
- Tally entries on daily basis, Journal Entries like accounts payable, receivable/ reconciliation etc
- Report maintaining in Excel.
- Bank Reconciliation Statement
- E-Invoicing, Advance Excel

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years** in **factory accounts** or **manufacturing industry**.
- **Age**: Below **30 years**.
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** and other accounting software.
- In-depth understanding of **journal entries**, **GRN**, **purchase advice**, and day-to-day accounting processes.
- **Education**:B.Com** or equivalent qualification.
- **CTC**: Around **₹15,000/- per month**.
- **Immediate Joiner** preferred.
