**Infopro Learning has an immediate, full-time opportunity available for an experienced ITIL Training Facilitator to join our team**

**Role Overview**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Training Facilitator with a strong IT background to deliver engaging and impactful virtual ITIL 2 and ITIL 3 training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate full-day virtual ITIL 2 and ITIL 3 training programs for IT professionals.
- Engage participants through interactive discussions, hands-on exercises, and real-world scenarios.
- Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ITIL and IT service management to continuously enhance training content.
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to refine and update training materials as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Training Facilitator, preferably with a focus on IT service management or related fields.
- Strong IT background with a deep understanding of ITIL frameworks.
- ITIL 2 and/or ITIL 3 certification is a plus, but not required; willingness to obtain certification is essential (certification costs will be covered).
- Excellent virtual facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire participants in a remote setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training delivery to suit varying levels of participant expertise.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms and tools.
