As a Graphic Designer at Tech 23 Gaming, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing user experiences across web and mobile platforms. We are looking for a skilled professional with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually stunning graphics. If you have over 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a portfolio that showcases your creativity, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Branding**: Develop and maintain the Tech 23 Gaming brand identity by designing logos, icons, and other brand assets.
- **Graphic Design**: Produce high-quality graphics for various purposes, including banners, marketing materials, and promotional content.
- **Social Media Content**: Create engaging and shareable content for our social media platforms, including posts, infographics, and other visual elements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and contribute creative solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design.
- **Skills**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
- **Creativity**: Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
