**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Location**:Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)**

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Work Schedule**:

- **Office Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- **Saturdays**:

- 1st and 3rd Saturdays: Working
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays: Off

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer **with 1 year of experience** to join our vibrant team in Vadodara. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our brand message and captivate our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and create designs that align with our brand identity.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Use graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual content.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and engaging.
- Review and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs.
- Prepare final files for printing and digital publication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts.
- **Residing in Vadodara, Gujarat.**:

- Ready to work on-site and adhere to the specified office hours and working Saturdays.
