**Overview**

The **Market Development** team serves as the direct link to our customers and is responsible for generating revenue. This team includes sub-teams such as **Renewals**, **High-Value Memberships (HVM)**, **Hubs**, and **Retail Centers**. While they operate across various locations, their common focus remains:
**“What’s the sale for today?”**

**Role Summary**

As a **Product Advisor**, your role involves making sales calls, pitching products, and closing deals with customers. Success in this role requires a persuasive personality, the ability to perform under pressure, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to deliver a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Outreach**:

- Offer tailored products that assist customers in their partner search journey.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Follow a structured sales process to convert free members into paying customers.
- Ensure accurate call disposition comments are updated with relevant details post-call.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Conduct follow-ups with unconverted inquiries and update the system with follow-up details.
- **Performance Metrics**:

- Achieve daily talk time, call volume, revenue targets, and lead-to-conversion ratios.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with walk-in customers (if required), explain features of the retail center, and convert them to premium memberships.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain all relevant documentation related to responsibilities.

**Qualifications and SkillsMust-Have**:

- Minimum **HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)** qualification.
- 1 year of experience in **Sales** or **Telesales**.
- Strong **negotiation** and **consultative selling** skills.
- Effective verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Clear diction and clarity in speech.

**Preferred (Brownie Points)**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluency in a regional language.

**Working Conditions**
- **6 days working** with **1 rotational weekday off**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
