Telesales Executive

**Job description**
- Monitor and analyze revenue data to identify revenue risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve revenue performance
- Manage the revenue team, providing guidance and direction on revenue assurance activities and initiatives
- Finding and developing new market to increase sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with all the team across the organization, including operations and sales teams, to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Maintain a deep understanding of the business model, products, and services, and proactively identify and address revenue assurance issues
- He/She will also be responsible for receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments, addressing and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices, and providing regular, accurate reports of billing data to the Sales organization
Qualifications / Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years in the Industry
- Prior experience in handling targets
- Commitment to achieving the targets set as per the salary offered Target-based incentive
- Should have strong market awareness and excellent verbal, written communication skills in English
- Must be result oriented
- Should be able to achieve monthly targets
